So call Trend. Here's the bottom line. AV Scanners cannot scan the contents of password-protected files. PERIOD. This is because.....it is password-protected. The AV scanner would need to have the password in order to scan the contents. Most likely what the scan engine is doing is looking at zip files of a certain size or with certain names/content. Verify it with Trend.
