Exchange 5.5 SP4 Windows 2000 Server SP3 Trend ScanMail 3.52 Outlook 2000 No one can send mail out. All messages are stuck in the users' outbox folder. Rebooting the server solved this. It already happened twice. Is there any clues on this?
