I followed the resolution in http://support.microsoft.com/?id=286792 And saw that I have 2 accounts with SystemMailbox{2113D460-87D1-4F52-8E3B-8844A7C59267} One has "CNF" with another guid appended on the end of it, but both had the same email address. I changed the one with CNF= guid appended to the end of it by adding <guid>old.domain.com I have 2 exchange 2003 servers in 2 different sites.
