Hello Everyone, I have a question about the size of a mailbox and why it is different.
Basically we are trying to limit the size of each mail to 100 MB. We send out a weekly report showing the biggest to the smallest mailbox that I get from System Manager. The problem is the mailbox size that I get from System Manager is smaller then the size reported in Outlook. It isn't a huge deal, but I'm curious why the sizes are different. Sometimes the difference isn't very big at all, but on some of my users the difference is almost 20% smaller in System Manager vs. Outlook. I'm using Exchange 2000 SP3 and my clients are running Outlook XP.
