Here's a couple links that aren't exact answers, but definitely seem to
shed light on your problem and confirm what Sakti said.

Perhaps your PST file has grown too large? I believe things start going
funny when your PST exceeds 2GB ... Try creating a new PST.

Subject: Why MS Exchange stop delivering mail to my personal folder

Hi
I am using Exchange 5.5 and client Outlook98.
I have configured the Outlook with my own personal folder
and delivered to this folder.
For the last 3 years everything works fine. Lately, I noticed that the
incoming mail doesn't automatically deliver the mail into my personal
folder. I recheck every possible configuration and everythign seem to
be okay. I have tried to recreate my profile in the workstation. But
status unchanged. One thing I tested also was, I off the Outlook and
reopen it again it downloading all mails but if I keep it open for a
while it will stop deliver again. Can anyone, tell me what is gong
wrong. Thanks.
