I would suggest that if the RUS is the same then you probably don't need to do that. You can try to see if it creates a performance improvement, but if the maintenance and address portions are exactly the same I'm not sure what the repercussions might be. In our case we have different policy needs for different admin groups so we have a RUS for each admin group which typically in our case means different DC/GC/Exchange servers.
