BCC is the best way. Or create and use a distribution list and deny them
permission to send to it.

Subject: Preventing Reply all

Is there a way to prevent someone from the ability to reply to all
recipients of an e-mail message? For instance I prevent people from the
ability to send to all users of a campus. But I don't want those recipients
to be able to reply to everyone. How would I do this?? Is BCC the only
way?

Thanks,
