I have the same issue receiving html from a user with OL2k3 but I can read it with owa. I have ol2k3 also and owa 2k3. I can also select all in the email and paste into word and read it. If I read the html source correctly it looks like font size is 2. I haven't figured out yet why it is coming that way yet.
