There could be users with mailboxes that have never been used (never
received any mail and no one logged onto them) - those will not show in the
Mailboxes "container".

You need to use ADUC and search for Exchange Recipients, search for
mailboxes homed on this server.

Having a bit of difficulty uninstalling Exchange on my first E2K server,
after getting E2K3 up and running.  Refuses to uninstall because it still
thinks some mailboxes are homed on the first server - I've removed
everything from those store that I can.  Here's the remaining mailboxes in
two stores (E2K Enterprise):

Store #1
SMTP (Server1, ID1), Size 0
SystemMailbox   (ID2), Size 394K

Store #2
SMTP (Server1, ID2), Size 0
SystemMailbox  (ID2), Size 3175K
System Attendant,     Size 0

There seem to be no administrative options available to any of these
mailboxes.  How can I tell which are holding up the uninstall, and what can
I do about them?  Technet says the uninstall should ignore the system
mailboxes.
