I've been following these tread as I'm getting ready to start installing Outlook 2003. It seems the general consensus is that Q324528, Q834466, and Q818709 are the three patches required to start using Outlook 2003 without breaking Exchange 5.5.
I've downloaded Q818709 but the other patches require a call to PSS... So I call. They will not provide me with the hot fixes as I have not experienced the problems yet! Is this standard PSS practice? Do I really have to crash my store to get the patch?
