Hello All, Ex2000 - SP3 OLXP - SP1 Word XP - SP1
My CEO today has an issue when opening/replying to a message in that when OL tries to launch Word it freezes. If I flip his editor to "...use word as the Rich Text blah blah blah" it works fine. Of if I uncheck both of those boxes it works fine. The problem only occurs when he check the box that "Use Word as my email editor". Anyone ever have this issue before or have suggestions.
