What, pray tell, did you do to "jack up" your OWA server? Your initial post stated that you had inadvertently removed the contents of that field only. Are there other things that happened too? And what do you mean, it doesn't find anything? The path I provided is the location of your Exchange mailbox store. If it can't find that, you do indeed have problems.
If you can elaborate as to what else happened, it may be easier to fix than you think. No clue without more details. As a last resort, I'd suggest uninstall/reinstall IIS then reinstall Exchange.
