Do you did add a new profile before deleting a existing?

That's the first thing that I did.  I even tried deleting the profile and
then re-launching Outlook so it would prompt me to create a new profile.  It
just resumed like the old profile was still there.  I've even rebooted
inbetween removing an outlook profile and then trying to create a new one.
