After a client converted from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003 server they are using MS Office XP Pro, some emails received with attachments have the following problem - peoples attachments (random) would open as read only and if they wanted to save it to their PC they would have to rename it because of the read only status. The author of the attachments did not have the docs created as read only. Has anyone seen this issue?
