Does if give a reason for retry? Does anything show up in the event log? Can
the 2003 server resolve the name of 2000 server in DNS?

Subject: Problem sending mail between servers

I set up a EX 2003 server on a Win2003 server, which exists alongside a EX2k
server which is running on the primary server (DC type roles). Users with a
mailbox on the EX2k server can send messages to users on the EX2003 server,
but not the other way around. All the messages are in the queue, with a
status of retry, but I can't find where the problem is. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Erick
