You have any scripts running or maybe a recipient policy in place that is
changing it back. Are you making the changes at the GC.

Subject: Cannot keep Primary Address for User in Exchange 2003

Hi,

I'm using an Exchange Server 2003 (SBS). I'm trying to change the
'Primary' e-mail address for him to another address (he has about 8 smtp
addresses). I'm able to highlight the preferred address, click 'Set as
Primary', click apply, but it always reverts back to his original address.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Monty
