All, Having a few issues with OWA 2000 - per the KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;298110 Additionally, the installer message appears not only when composing a new message, but occasionally on replies and forwards. If you continue to hit Cancel, the dialog eventually goes away - but forwarded messages remain an issue - as the forwarded text vanishes. I have never actually witnessed this behavior - it has only been reported to me. For our internal users we get around it by either installing the missing Office components, or doing the reghack - as mentioned in the KB article. Our main concern at this point are machines outside of our control (coffee shops, training facilities, airport kiosks). is the only option to just hit cancel until the dialog goes away - or is there some secret magic we can do to rectify this?
