>From time to time, I'll receive reports from various users about OWA indicating that a particular folder has unread items in it, but it really doesn't. Browsing through the folder indicates no unread items, and Outlook does not indicate any unread items. Some users even have folders that have shown unread items for months through OWA, but there really aren't any unread items in that folder.
