We are currently creating a test environment for E2K3. Here is the setup:
Windows Server 2003-GC and DC on one box
Windows Server 2003- Exchange 2003
Ran DCDIAG and NETDIAG, all passed, no issues. Ran Forest Prep. Ran Domain
Prep.
Proceeded with the "First Exchange 2003 Server" install.
Install completes but the MSExchangeSA won't start. First error in App
Eventvwr is:

I can't find anything on MS Technet or google. Opened a case with HP (our
support) and they are at a loss as well.
Anybody see this one before?
