We have 9 Routing Groups across the country, and are now in mixed-mode exchange with all SMTP mail handled by Ex5.5 servers and we want to change them out to use E2k SMTP servers. We have 2 ISP connections- one in Rtg Grp A and one in Rtg Grp B. We have 4 E2K servers to dedicate to external SMTP. Question is this- should I put a pair of dedicated E2K servers in RG A and a pair in RG B. Or should I create a new external-SMTP RG? (And of course what are some of the reasons to do or not do it each way). Thank you!
