Francisco, The only way I could see this working (Demon ISP in UK does a similar thing for broadband users IE you can have any name before the @ and it delivers it to the same account) is to have a constant Outlook session running with a rule that when the email is POP'ed and place into a 'receiving' Emailbox on the server to then have it then by name (before the @) forward it to the user's own email account on the Exchange server. Ugly but if you are not moving ISP then it might be your only choice, that or 'Vpop' product.
