EX5.5 on NT4/SP6a When a user tries to connect to EX via OWA, he gets this error: "Failed to connect to the Microsoft Exchange Server, <Server Name>"
MS KB# 247085 says replace the file "Mapisvc.inf" to resolve the problem. However, this problem happens to only one user (as far as I know) and everyone else can login to OWA fine. MS KB# 178511 says check permissions on \webdata and \webtemp but they both are Everyone Full Control.
