That is strange. I've passed that along to someone who might be able to
help fix it.

Subject: Maximum number of recipients

Hello all...
I am running Exchange 2003, with Server 2003. By default, the maximum number
of recipients is set to 5000. I want to lower the global setting to about
200, but still allow a select group of people to send to a company-wide
distribution list (1000 recipients). Can someone point me to info on doing
this? There is an article on Microsoft, that sounds like what I need
(KB262145), but the page is broken.
Thank you for your time.
Ed
