There's a KB article that might apply here. If the 6th user was ever made a delegate on the resource or any of the other 5 recipients and was set to receive calendar messages, then it is possible that the rule created to make this happen got orphaned and is still forwarding calendar items to the user.
It's also possible for this to happen if the user has a recycled legacyExchangeDN that fell into the above scenario. You can use mdbvue32 or OutlookSpy to remove the offending rule from the mailbox it is on. The subject will be "Schedule+ EMS Interface" I believe. Note you don't want to just delete willy-nilly if people are /supposed/ to still be delegates.
