Why don't you forward emails going into those mail boxes to another
email account ...then setup outlook on that box with rules that allows
you to print the emails.

You might want to consider spam filters also on the box if you don't
have any on the server level.

Subject: Printing for incoming/outgoing mail (Exchange Server 2003)

(Hope this post doesn't appear twice by mistake)

Hi,

A client law company has a policy rule that incoming and outgoing mail
for the organization must be hard printed to a print device.
Does anyone know how this could be done?

I know that there are Outlook/Outlook Express rules that can send mail
to a printer but the solution should be at the server level.

Thanks,
Martin Frost
