Well, doing some DIGing shows that there is no post.tps.uz according to either of the name servers authoritative for tps.uz, so you won't be able to send mail to them at that address. This one isn't your mail server or DNS. However, if you have trouble with domains which do exist, then the problem is with your name server(s) or mail server.
Now, its possible that, if you got those addresses from people who sent you mail, that their mail servers are incorrectly preppending internal stub domains to the email address (ie their actual address could be [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
