Applications generally record events based on the logging level specified. By not setting the logging level to a level high enough to reach the threshold required by the application to log an event, the application doesn't report on it. Short of the 3rd party application you seek being one which will recompile the binaries associated with the application and event you seek to throw the event at a lower threshold, I'm not sure how the desired objective could be achieved.
