I am looking for input regarding giving Comp Time. We had a situation where our Exchange server crashed and 2 people worked multiple nights til 1 or 2 am and in one case, overnight until all problems were solved and the server was back online.
I am looking for info as to what other companies do for Comp Time. Thanks in advance for your input.
