I'm aware of what the reasons are/were (possible mail loops, replying to
spammers etc..) but i'm getting an increasing number of people asking why
they can't do it as they're off on their holidays and "all our customers use
it" etc..

Does anyone have any "plain english" that they've used to explain this in
the past at a company-wide level.. I'm struggling a little to make it plain
english enough and to make it sound like more than a bunch of low-level
technical reasons!
