Nope. I am however noticing a backlog in e-mail sent to charter.net
Looking at the web site for InternetTraffic (http://www.internettrafficreport.com/namerica.htm), it shows problems with Salt Lake City, Elkhorn WI, Iowa and Phoenix AZ. So I guess you might see backlogs to certain domains, depending on your location?
