A new "Blaster-like" Internet worm called Sasser has been launched. It is medium-risk (according to Trend) and it is slowly spreading so far. It spreads randomly based on IP addresses to unpatched Windows 2000 and XP systems, exploiting the MS04-011 LSASS vulnerability.
