Lets see, you don't want a book and you don't want to read anything on the Microsoft site, but you want some link to a magical site that explains it all to you - or just use the swing method as suggested by Ed. Maybe you should learn how to ask a better question if you don't like the responses you got. Im sure even Oneonta College, despite the fact it's a state university, has classes that can help you with that.
