It won't work unless you have a .pst file as your Delivery spot.

Subject: Business Contact Manager

Hi all,

I've just installed BCM for Outlook 2003 and restarted the machine as
instructed. However, when I open up Outlook, there is no indication that
BCM has been installed !

When I check the Help guide in BCM, it shows a new menu item in Outlook
called 'Business Tools' but this doesn't appear on the screen !

Has anyone bothered with this addition by MS ? Have I missed an obvious
step in getting it to work ?

TIA

Tim
