Ah, thanks! Well it is a custom recipient, if that matters so perhaps that is why no x.500? There was only smtp and x.400 . . .
At any rate, I cannot modify it. I think I will just have to have the people that email her create a PAB entry and make sure they arent replying to an old email, cached address or old PAB entry . . .
