My E2K3 server hung the other day on restarting, turned out it was a
LSASS problem, PSS had to send me a hotfix to repair it.  This was after
the E2K3 rollup earlier this month, I'm a little suspicious of them at
this point.

You mention a possible problem with LSASS...is it possible your servers
