That's ok. We're assuming that the users are responsible enough to make sure the content that they are sending out is safe for passage in the clear. That goes in clear text too... -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Eric Fretz Sent: Wednesday, April 28, 2004 5:13 PM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: Restricting Outlook rules EX5.5 SP4 on Windows 2000 Server SP4 I have received a mandate from my corp. HQ that says we need to restrict/prohibit automatic replys within our corporation. What they are afraid of is someone creating a Outlook rule that automatically forwards all received e-mails to a home account, such that the e-mails would be sent back out over the internet in the clear. Is there anyway to restrict that without turning off Outlook rules altogether? TIA!
