Hello all. We have some users who are experiencing this problem with
forwarding rules.

For example they set a rule to forward all messages with "test" in the
subject to another internal mailbox. I send them a message with the word
"test" in the subject. It gets forwarded. Then they reply back to me. Then I
reply to their reply. They receive my reply but it doesn't get forwarded.

However when I set up the same rule using my mailbox and my Outlook, my rule
forwards mail every time. I am on a different Exchange server.

Environment - Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000.

What could this be? (I searched on Google and saw a bunch of people posting
the same question but didn't find any [credible] answers)
