Exchange 5.5 We just cut over a number of users and I put in an alternate recipient that points to their external accounts. When sending messages to the users we get an undeliverable. If I manually create the custom recipients and tell it to Override Internet Mail Service settings for this recipient it works fine.
What CSV attribute am I missing on my import or what have I missed on this. It's driving me crazy!
