All RBL's are different. Some list only spam sources, some list the ISP. FiveTen holds the ISP responsible after they have tried repeatedly to get the ISP to act upon the spam problem. If you want out of that RBL you have two choices, get your ISP to fix the spam problem or get an ISP that does not have a spam problem.
