Hello everyone! New to the list!! I am stumped... Question: Recently, we have been receiving calls from users that when using Outlook, their mailbox has shifted positions in the Folder List view. Now, it may appear below the Public Folders or Personal Folders instead of above them, etc. I have opened their mailboxes on my machine and see the problem as well, so it is NOT a local profile problem. I also noticed that normally a person's mailbox appears as "Mailbox - Doe, John" in the Folder List view... These particular mailboxes have lost that "Mailbox - " prefix, which is throwing it around in the list based on where it falls in the alphabet.
I know this has to be something simple that I have missed... We have recently gone from Exchange 5.5 to E2K, and the clients have been upgrading as well to Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003. This was never an issue in the 5.5 world. Hope I am not wasting anyone's time with a stupid question! Just can't find the answer...
