Hi Ed,
a later response of yours suggests that we are talking about Exchange 5.5.
The details templates are missing from Exchange 2003 server, the 5.5
server is fine.

At this point however it looks ominous that the server will be formatted
and rebuilt with exchange 2003, hopefully overcomming the details
templates problem.
