New network accounts. When attempting to add email profile I am being
asked for the user's network id/pw/domain. When entered error appears:
"Your logon information is incorrect. Check your username and domain, then
type your pw again. If your account is new or if your Admin requested a pw
change you need to click Change PW then logon with your new pw."

 This occurs on the network account regardless of PC. I have found MS
articles indicating to add registry entry - issue remains. We are not
running any Chat services either. Any direction is appreciated.
