Lately, when I sync email into a Treo, if the messages are put in the Outlook sync folder by a server-based rule, they ALL show on the Treo as being from 'bounce-exchange...', which is rather annoying. If the messages are manually moved into the sync folder, they show up on the Treo as being from individuals. In either case, they show in the Outlook folder as being from individuals. This has only been happening since Exchange 2003 was installed, but I'm not sure there's a direct relation. Does anybody know anything about how 2K3 processes rules differently that would account for this? Or should I look at the Palm/Intellisync processes for clues (tho they have not changed lately)? Clients: OL2K3 and OL2K. OS: 2K & XP Pro
