Depends on what you mean by "issues". The Online defrag will not run while the backup is running. That would probably qualify as an issue to me. You want to schedule your maintenance interval so that it either overlaps the backup (so that it can start, get interrupted, then finish after the backup), or so that it starts and finishes before or after the backup. Check your event logs for an indication of how long maintenance is taking to complete.
