Looking at the screenshot it looks like a mailing was sent to a boatload of people and the list of recipients may not have been terribly clean (dunno for sure). A percentage seemed to have NDR'd immediately and it looks like th email is forwarded to your checkpoint box... so you might look at its logs and the protocol logs on the exchange server to try and figure out exactly why that may have been.
