Went to a MS class on Windows 2003/Exchange 2003. Given by Microsoft. At that class they could not guarantee that performing a shadow copy would be a complete database without integrity errors. That is because the database will remain open during the shadowing. Has anyone here in this forum ever used Shadow Copying for their Exchange databases? Probably not....and there is a reason for that.
Just make sure you know for sure that shadow copying will work for an Exchange database......in the real world, not just in theory.
