Hey Guys, This is a new one, looked everywhere and has me stumped. Been getting an event ID 8231 source: MSExchangeAL error on my exchange 2003 server. When I go to system manager and look at my directory access settings, I see a domain controller there that shouldn't be as my configuration controller, and when I try to change it, I get an error that says object cannot be found. Also, when I try to change my RUS server, I get the same error? What The???? I've rebooted all my DC's, and exchange server, but to no avail. Haven't found that much on any websites with assistance or fix. But now I can't create a mailbox for a new account.
