Subject: Alternate recipient/GAL?
All,
I am trying to achieve the following -
I have an external user who has a different external e-mail address to our
orgs i.e. [EMAIL PROTECTED] I want to set it up so that this user
is on our GAL and users can mail to them from the GAL. I also want to
automatically forward any mail sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] The external user in question will not be
accessing our server to pick up mail so I wouldn't really want a mailbox
filling up and they would also need to reply to the initial address so I
guess a forwarding rule is out of the question.
Is this possible? If so, what is the best way to achieve this?
Win2K, Exch2K SP4
TIA
-Mark
