Grammtically correct or not, you led me to the correct answer...... Never used the "delegate" option in outlook so didn't know to check there. Thanks for the responses!

Bob is not mentioned in Jane.Doe's email addresses. Jane does not have any rules at all. Jane's mailbox has no permissions/send as or anything like that for Bob.Smith. No delivery restrictions. When I "invite" her I can even "right-click" on her name and get the correct information (shows jane.doe as the email, never mentions Bob) This happens to anyone on our system (well, I've tried it from 6 different people on 6 different computers). Where is Bob?
