I performed all the suggestions in the KB article. F9 and send receive work fine. This started happening after the environment was upgraded from 5.5 to E2K. The synchronizing of OAB/mail/folders works fine. However the above error message
is still affecting many, but not all users. The other detail to this is that users affected are using OLK2003 in cached mode. Once you remove the cached mode setting synch works fine.
I have renamed all OAB and OST files and then opened and synched Outlook again and still the same issue. Looks like a bug. Any ideas?
Server is Win2K (SP4), E2K (SP3).
